Sometimes we order a service and it does not meet our needs. We offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee on all our monitoring and automated services, no questions asked. You will receive a full refund for those services. However, we are unable to provide a full refund for any custom development or technical services. Refunds will be prorated on remaining services. If any annual plans are interrupted or cancelled before year renewal, the monthly costs will revert to the month to month costs.
Custom Development Guarantee
We guarantee all of our custom development work. If you find something that doesn’t work under the original scope of development we will fix it without charge for 90 days after we have finalized the project.
This guarantee does not cover any issues that are derived from client’s hosting platform or client’s interaction with website.

3rd Party & Open Source Software
WordPress, other frameworks, plugins, and modules are 3rd party and open source software that are not developed by Kre8ivTech, LLC. Since Kre8ivTech, LLC does not have any control on these items we can not 100% guarantee the code utilized is free from vulnerabilities or malware. However, any item we recommend for usage, will be evaluated, tested, and scanned for any issues that might affect application in the future. 3rd Party and Open Source Software should always be looked at to reduce the cost burden of building any web or mobile application.
3rd Party and Open source software must be maintained and updated regularly in order to ensure security and minimize vulnerabilities. We HIGHLY recommend one of our maintenance care plans for your applications.
We are not responsible for bugs or conflicts in 3rd party software installed on your site. Free plugins and themes may come with some support provided by the author/developer, but it is not guaranteed. If you purchase a premium (paid) plugin or theme, the developer usually offers support for a limited time. If your support term expires, you can extend it if you end up needing help past the original term.
If you find a bug and would like assistance in resolving the issue, we are happy to point you in the direction of the developer, or for a fee we can: 1) interface with the developer for you (to assist with the tech-speak) or 2) help you find a replacement for a non-functioning element.
We have no term contracts on any of our services, we only offer discounted prices for signing up for an annual plan. You can stay as long as you want. There are no setup or hidden fees for any of our services. The only time prices change is if additional services are added. However, as technology changes so does our services. You will only have price protection on current technology and services requested.
