Rules for using this website and any Kre8ivTech service that incorporates this policy in its agreement.
Lawful and authorized activity
Use services only for lawful purposes and within the permissions granted to you. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property, contractual rights, and applicable restrictions. Do not submit unlawful content or use a service to facilitate fraud, exploitation, threats, or targeted harassment.
Protect systems and other users
Do not bypass authentication, access another tenant’s data, distribute malware, interfere with availability, harvest credentials, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use automated requests that materially disrupt a service. Security testing requires prior written authorization defining the permitted targets and methods. This policy itself grants no testing authorization.
AI and content responsibilities
Follow the AI Usage Policy. Do not use AI-assisted features for deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, exploitation, or consequential decisions without the safeguards and authorization required for the project. Only upload material you are entitled to provide, and do not publish another person’s confidential information.
Reporting and response
Report suspected abuse or a vulnerability to [email protected] with a concise description and affected URL. Avoid including sensitive records or actively exploiting an issue to demonstrate it. We may investigate and restrict harmful activity as permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Service suspension, termination, and appeal rights for a paid engagement are governed by its agreement. This page does not create a bug bounty, safe-harbor promise, or guaranteed response time.
