These terms describe permitted use of www.kre8ivtech.com, published materials, and inquiry features. They do not replace an executed master services agreement, statement of work, subscription order, or data-processing addendum. A specific signed agreement governs the services it covers. Merely browsing or sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.

Accurate information and authorized use

Provide accurate information and submit material only when you have authority to do so. You are responsible for your account credentials, if an account is provided, and should notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Use the website lawfully and consistently with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Proposals, fees, and project work

Scope, deliverables, schedule, acceptance criteria, fees, expenses, payment dates, support, cancellation, refunds, and ownership of project deliverables must be set out in the applicable project agreement. Website examples and general descriptions are not a binding quote or a guarantee of availability. No refund schedule, recurring charge, or service-level guarantee is created by this page.

Website content and intellectual property

Website branding, text, software, and design may be protected by intellectual property law and are owned by Kre8ivTech or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and use ordinary links for legitimate informational purposes. Do not misrepresent ownership, remove attribution, or redistribute protected material beyond permission or rights granted by law.

You retain rights in material you submit. You authorize us to receive and use an inquiry to evaluate and respond to your request. That limited purpose does not transfer ownership of your material or authorize public marketing use. Rights to paid deliverables and third-party components are addressed in the project agreement.

AI-assisted work and third-party services

Our AI Usage Policy describes AI limitations, human oversight, and responsibilities for approved use. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to other material and requires review. Third-party services linked or integrated into a project have their own terms and availability; we do not control their independent practices.

Website availability and information

We aim to keep information useful and current, but website content is general information and may contain errors or change. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Website availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, informational website materials are supplied as available without a separate warranty. Any warranties for paid work belong in the applicable service agreement.

Responsibility and non-waivable rights

You are responsible for deciding whether website information is suitable for your needs and for obtaining appropriate professional advice. These terms do not exclude liability or restrict consumer rights where applicable law does not permit it. Any negotiated limitation of liability for paid services must be stated in the applicable service agreement; this page does not impose an undisclosed fee-based liability cap.

Access restrictions and disputes

Texas law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Jurisdiction and dispute procedures for paid engagements should be established in the signed agreement. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates and contact

Changes take effect for future website use when posted, subject to any additional notice required by law. Updating this page does not amend a signed project agreement without the process required by that agreement.
