Cookie Notice

A practical description of browser storage and third-party requests on this website.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and returned with requests. Similar technologies include local storage, scripts, pixels, and remotely loaded resources. Not every remote request sets a cookie, but it can still disclose connection data such as an IP address.
Necessary and functional use
Administrative authentication uses Auth.js session, callback, and anti-forgery mechanisms. These can create session-related cookies when you access sign-in features. Cloudflare may use security or challenge technologies depending on the security features active for a request. Browser caching helps deliver static website files. Blocking required session cookies can prevent sign-in from working.
Analytics and advertising
Optional first-party analytics run only after you choose Accept analytics. We store aggregate daily page counts on our AWS-hosted database, without visitor IDs, query strings, form contents, or IP addresses in analytics records. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels are not enabled. Essential form processing works whether you accept or reject analytics.
Your accepted or declined preference is stored in browser local storage for up to 180 days under kre8ivtech-analytics-choice-v1. Change it at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional analytics. Clearing browser storage resets the choice; aggregate counts already collected cannot be linked back to you.
Aggregate page totals may be retained to compare website performance over time. To reduce automated traffic, the analytics endpoint briefly keeps a hashed network address in server memory for rate limiting, for no longer than one minute. Infrastructure providers may separately process network information for delivery and security, as described in the Privacy Policy.
External content
The About page includes illustrative portraits loaded from an external avatar service. When those images load, the image provider receives request information. Other pages may load technology logos from an external image host. External sites reached through links have their own notices. We do not control cookies or storage used by an independent provider.
Your choices
You can review, block, and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings and use content controls to restrict external resources. These settings may affect functionality. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out signal or a specific consent choice, the relevant processing must follow that requirement.
