How Kre8ivTech, LLC handles information collected through this website and communications about our services.
Scope and who we are
Kre8ivTech, LLC is a software development studio based in San Antonio, Texas. This notice applies to www.kre8ivtech.com and inquiries submitted through this website. A client platform, an affiliate website, or a service we build for a customer may have a separate privacy notice and contract. When we process client data under a service agreement, that agreement and any data-processing addendum also apply.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, organization, role, website, project description, budget range, schedule, and other information in contact or project-request forms. We also receive information you choose to send in correspondence.
Our systems and infrastructure providers process technical information such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or error logs. Form records may include an IP address and user-agent string. Administrative sign-in uses session information.
Do not put passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry. Ask us to arrange an appropriate transfer method if a project requires restricted information.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate about requested services. Technical and session information supports website delivery, authentication, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. We may retain records needed to administer agreements, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Providers and disclosures
The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers may process network and security data. Business correspondence uses Microsoft 365. If you follow an external link or load a remotely hosted image, that provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The About page uses externally hosted illustrative agent portraits.
We may share information with providers or professional advisers when needed to deliver a requested service, administer the business, protect rights and security, or meet a legal requirement. We may disclose relevant records in a business transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or sell inquiry submissions through an advertising exchange.
AI and project information
The AI Usage Policy explains our approach to AI-assisted work. A website inquiry is not permission to publish your content or train a public AI model with it. Before a project involves confidential data and an AI provider, the authorized tools, information, and relevant handling terms should be established in the project agreement. Provider settings and retention can vary; do not assume every AI service offers the same protections.
Cookies and similar technologies
See the Cookie Notice for session cookies, infrastructure technologies, and optional analytics. Administrative authentication requires session-related cookies. With your permission, first-party analytics count daily page views by public page path. These aggregate records do not contain visitor identifiers, IP addresses, query strings, or form contents. Request totals come from successfully saved inquiries regardless of your analytics choice.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable contractual, legal, security, or recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship; we do not promise that all records are deleted on a single fixed schedule. Copies in backups may persist until the relevant backup cycle ends.
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed secure. Contact us if you believe information submitted to this website has been compromised. Do not send passwords or sensitive evidence through an ordinary contact form.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that apply to your information. Identify the request and how you interacted with us; avoid including identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification method. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before acting.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, or opt out of specified processing. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. If a request is declined, you may ask for an appeal by replying with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority, including the Texas Attorney General. We do not penalize you for exercising rights provided by law.
Children and international visitors
This business website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and address it.
We operate in the United States. Providers may process information in other locations. Applicable transfer requirements must be addressed for a client project involving regulated international data; this notice is not itself a data-transfer agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Where law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will follow that requirement.
