AI Usage Policy

Human-directed, AI-assisted

Kre8ivTech uses AI-assisted methods in research, planning, development, testing, documentation, and automation when appropriate to the project. People remain responsible for project decisions and delivery. The named AI-agent profiles on the About page are illustrative roles and personas for AI-assisted workflows, not human employees, professional credentials, or independent decision-makers. Portraits are illustrative and do not identify people operating those agents.

Limits and review

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or fabricated output. Generated code, citations, security assumptions, and factual claims must be evaluated before being relied upon. Human review and testing reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every error will be detected. Website descriptions do not promise autonomous operation, continuous human monitoring, a response time, or a specific business result.

Authorized information and approved tools

Only submit information you have permission to use. Do not send confidential client records, personal data, credentials, regulated data, or proprietary source code to an AI tool unless that use is expressly authorized under the relevant project and provider terms. Project-specific agreements should identify permitted tools, data categories, access boundaries, and retention requirements.

Provider use of prompts and outputs, retention, training, and available opt-outs differ by product and account settings. We do not make a blanket claim that every provider retains no data or never trains on input. A requirement restricting model training or retention must be reflected in the selected service configuration and applicable agreement.

Review before consequential actions

AI assistance should not be the sole basis for decisions involving health, legal rights, financial eligibility, employment, housing, education, or similarly significant outcomes. Such uses require an appropriately scoped engagement, qualified human review, applicable safeguards, and compliance with relevant law. Material external actions, sensitive access changes, and commitments should remain subject to the authorization process established for the project.

Prohibited uses

Do not use our services to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized surveillance, malicious code, unauthorized access, or violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not conceal AI-generated content to deceive people about a material fact or falsely claim a human or professional reviewed it. See the Acceptable Use Policy for additional restrictions.

Intellectual property and verification

An AI tool’s output is not a guarantee of originality, exclusivity, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims. Review generated material and applicable licenses before reuse or distribution. Ownership, approved components, and deliverable rights are determined by the project agreement and applicable law.

Disclosure, concerns, and project requirements

Ask us how AI is used in your engagement and raise any restrictions before work begins. If you discover harmful or inaccurate output in a system we delivered, report the relevant page, feature, and circumstances without including passwords or sensitive records in an ordinary email.
